INTEGRATED COMPLIANCE SYSTEM

CELEO is committed to promoting a culture of ethics and compliance within the organisation in order to avoid any behaviour that may contravene the applicable law and the commitments voluntarily assumed by the company.

Our Integrated Compliance System was born as a result of this commitment. It comprises three compliance programmes currently in force at CELEO, adapted to the three jurisdictions where we operate (Spain, Brazil, and Chile). These compliance programmes are interrelated and coexist in perfect harmony, drawing on our Code of Ethics and the principles of our Compliance Policy.

Each compliance programme brings together a set of elements, implementing regulations, control measures and internal practices, continuously being improved and all adapted to the different compliance requirements and sensibilities of the countries where we work in.

Therefore, our Integrated Compliance System supports and guides our employees and subsidiaries in conducting their operations with the highest ethical standards, all with full respect for, and in compliance with the applicable regulations and CELEO's voluntary commitments.

CELEOCode of Ethics establishes the standards of conduct and compliance that must serve as a guide and a basaline for interpreting which decisions are correct or incorrect when performing our professional duties. The principle of zero tolerance must prevail over any ethical and compliance bad practices that may take place. "At CELEO we apply the highest ethical business standards". Read our Code of Ethics!

CELEO constantly seeks to promote among our employees and other stakeholders the development of their activities in an ethical way and with integrity, based on the principles of honesty, transparency and respect. CELEO strongly disavows and condemns any type of corruption or bribery. In our strategical analysis and compliance policies, we implement actions that allow us to prevent, detect and act against any situation or circumstance that may favour any kind of fraudulent act, corruption or bribery, and against any crime that may leave the company criminally liable in the different jurisdictions where it operates. Read our internal anti-corruption and anti-bribery regulations! Brazil - Spain
