Celeo Brazil takes a step further in its policy of compliance, no corruption and no bribery, by obtaining ISO 37001 Certification “Anti-Bribery Management System”.
ISO 37001 is the international standard that specifies the requirements and offers guidelines for establishing, implementing, maintaining, revising and improving an anti-bribery management system, with bribery being one of the most common forms of corruption in the business world. Celeo Group, committed to compliance, anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies and to the best practices in corporate good governance, is proud to announce that Celeo Brazil has taken a step further, by achieving ISO 37001 “Anti-Bribery Management System” certification.
To obtain this certification, companies must fulfil certain requirements, such as having a specific policy for combating fraud and corruption, in addition to implementing other measures. In this context, Celeo Brazil already had a Corporate Integrity Programme that was well communicated internally, carrying out its own internal and external controls with a view to obtaining ISO 37001. Additionally, it promoted forums for generating awareness and commitment from its employees, seeking to apply the best practices within the organisation, which has unquestionably been fundamental in terms of achieving this certification.
